We prepared a successful planning application for the construction of 12 2-bedroom flats and 6 3-bedroom houses to replace 2 existing detached dwellings for a major residential developer.

A comprehensive approach was taken to ensure the principal requirements of current Government Guidance and the Local Development Framework were satisfied and included the following:

• A full Site Appraisal and Design Statement
• Co-ordination of other consultants i.e. Planning Consultants, Landscape Architects, Arboriculturalist etc.
• Full colour hand-drawn elevations to 'soften' the material presented to the public and committee members.
• Street elevations and preparation of material for the construction of 3D models and renderings.
