By combining three residential plots, our developer client created a major development site in this residential area to accommodate 10 3-storey houses and 14 2-bedroom apartments.

A comprehensive approach was taken to ensure the requirements of the Local Development Framework were satisfied and included the following:

• A full Site Appraisal and Design Statement
• Co-ordination of other consultants i.e. Planning Consultants, Landscape Architects, Arboriculturalist, Ecology & Environmental consultants
• Full colour hand-drawn elevations to 'soften' the material presented to the public and committee members.
• Street elevations and preparation of 3D site models and preparation of information for full renderings.
