As Designer and Lead Consultant, we sit at the core of the project team. From inception through to handover, we have vision across the whole spectrum of the build process and our skillsets place us in the most advantageous position to act as Project Manager. We pride ourselves as an RIBA Chartered Practice on placing as much emphasis on the technical and management aspects of a building’s procurement as we do the building design itself.
We take the Client’s budget and programme extremely seriously and will give shape to the project goals right from inception. From the initiation and planning stages through to the execution of the works on site, we monitor key targets and key milestones to ensure the proposals are developing in line with the project’s constraints.
We see it as a critical role to ensure the project is controlled carefully and work together with a trusted pool of consultants with whom we have successfully delivered many projects together. Our communication and administrative skills ensure that the team move forward together and that the Client is included intimately within the process.
Finally, we see motivation as the glue which binds the team together. We recognise we are a service provider and our informal but professional style ensures the whole team takes ownership of the project deliver for our clients.
