Located in Medstead, a modest extension has transformed this bungalow into a bright, contemporary home.

This project addresses fundamental circulation issues by creating a new entrance lobby that bypasses the kitchen and links directly into an expanded living space. This single-storey addition wraps around the rear of the property, utilising large sliding glazed windows to allow natural light into the lounge.

Unifying the facades was achieved by a modern off-white render, and finally with a new timber-clad garage, this acts as a subservient addition that ties together carefully with the revitalised house.
