The alterations to this traditional 1880s Grade II listed building at the entrance to St Andrews School in Pangbourne sensitively modernise the existing accommodation while preserving its historic character. Ground floor reconfigurations have allowed for a more optimised living space through the creation of new washroom facilities, and a larger ground floor bedroom study space. Alongside these layout improvements, significantly upgraded roof insulation, slimline secondary glazing, and the discreet installation of an Air Source Heat Pump demonstrates a strong commitment to conservation and the local ecology.
