The 850 seat Auditorium was designed as a multi-use performing arts centre that is able to accommodate musical performance, theatre and speech. We collaborated with Arup Acoustics to provide an environment that can cope with such a complex range of acoustic requirements, optimising the Auditorium and providing the school with maximum flexibility in a significant space. Delivered to a challenging brief, the design adopted both innovative and simple acoustic principles to provide the school with a project that was completed on time and to budget.
