Housing and Commercial

Our passion lies in designing liveable spaces, whether it's collaborating with residential property developers or serving as architects for affordable housing providers. We bring unwavering enthusiasm, placemaking expertise, and refined design skills to every project, from traditional family dwellings to contemporary modern homes. Our scope encompasses urban design and master-planning for developments of all sizes, with a keen understanding of development appraisals and the ability to deliver both traditional and modern home designs. Additionally, in the realm of healthcare architecture, we possess a deep understanding of legislative guidance while remaining empathetic to the human condition. Utilising an evidence-based approach, we've contributed to a range of projects, from hospice building design to therapeutic modern swimming pool design, all aimed at enhancing care environments for patients, healthcare workers, and visitors. To ensure maximum value, we actively engage in discussions about procurement options, continually evaluating the benefits of design and build versus traditional procurement methods.
